David Johnson, Supervising Cook I at the California Correctional Center (CCC), has a serious medical condition.  His kidneys are failing, and he is in desperate need of a kidney transplant.

CDCR staff is being asked to get the word out about Johnson’s need for a kidney.  The donor is must have A or O positive or negative blood type to be considered. 

Johnson began his career with CDCR at Deuel Vocational Institute (DVI) in1994 and worked there through 2001. He reinstated his service with CDCR at CCC in 2003 as a Supervising Cook I.
