Bobby was one of the first to welcome me when I transferred to the Bay. He was always willing to help anyone that needed it. Bobby always was a positive influence on myself as well as anyone he came into contact with. Sad to hear of his passing. You will be missed Bobby

Bobby will always be remembered with fondness as a man with the heart of a lion who was unafraid to go where angels fear to tread and especially was willing to stand up for what was right when it was not politically correct. Thank you Bobby for who you were and what you stand for.

Bobby conducted himself with dignity, honor and humility. He was never afraid to speak his mind no matter how controversial the topic. He will always hold a special place to so many as a man who fought for what was right. He is a true friend and mentor. You will be missed, brother.

Bobby was always a great help whenever you had any issues or questions; and, he did it with a big smile. On duty or off duty, Bobby was a good friend to all. We will miss him. May he rest in peace.
