I was his best friend in San Pedro. I grew up with him since we were about 6 or 7 years old. We went through every thing together. I hope that you will come to his service.

Richard dedicated over twenty years of his life to a career in law enforcement. I would like to think that his commitment will be honored and remembered by his colleagues and superiors. He would have stood in front of a train to save someone. Please do not let your comrade go gently into that good night. Honor him.
