The CDCR HR Excellence Award has been given to Larry Branch, an Associate Personnel Analyst who works in the Office of Workforce Planning, HR Deputy Director Lisa Lassetter announced.

The HR Excellence Award is given each quarter to a staff member nominated by their peers and selected by executive management for working above and beyond what may be expected of them.

Branch was nominated by a CDCR employee outside of Human Resources for his outstanding customer service and his broad knowledge base on re-employment and layoff policies within the Office of Workforce Planning, Lassetter said. Others nominated for the award were:

Lassetter thanked all nominees for their work. “Your excellence does not go unnoticed,” she said. “Thank you for your hard work.”
