The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is pitching in to help donate bicycles and gifts to needy children.

California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility (SATF) and California State Prison, Corcoran (COR), partnered with Wasco State Prison, the Corcoran Fire Department, Tulare Waste Management, Lotshaw Helping Hands, the Grand Jury, Viscycle in Visalia and the Catholic Church in Corcoran as part of the holiday giving effort.

As part of Project Santa, SATF and COR also passed out 350 wrapped gifts in December.
