At the initiative of Patrie Grace, a Certified Facilitator Trainer from the Institute for the Work, and her generous contribution of her time and materials, a group of inmates at the Correctional Training Facility (CTF) completed an introductory four-week training course on their way to becoming certified facilitators of The Work in prison.

The Work of Byron Katie is a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts which cause anger, fear, depression, addiction and violence.

Undoing these thoughts allows the mind to return to its true, awakened, peaceful and creative nature, according to those with the program.

Heinz Meisnitzer, another facilitator from the Institute for the Work, joined the group for their last week of training. This program will be ongoing until the training is completed.
