This is a very late post, but I was just browsing and saw Big Carb’s name. I knew Carb before our CDC lives as we played fast-pitch softball together in the early 80’s. I didn’t see him for a few years and then we both showed up at WSP in Jan of 1991 for the activation! Five months later, we were two of the first 8 Security Squad Officers chosen! What great times we had on the Squad, especially our “training” trip to San Diego when we went into Tijuana! I could go on forever, but as everyone knows, Carb was one of those “larger than life” personalities. His son works at WSP and every time I see him it reminds me of the good times with “Big Carb”…RIP my friend…..
