Colleen Noll

The Correctional Training Facility reported the passing of retired Chief Deputy Warden Colleen Noll on May 30.

She began her career in State service at the California Department of Social Services on May 28, 1980, as an Office Assistant.

Through the years, she promoted to different classifications and worked for the California Youth Authority and California State Lottery. She made her way to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation at Folsom State Prison, Sierra Conservation Center, California State Prison-Sacramento, Salinas Valley State Prison, and she retired as a CDW from the Correctional Training Facility on June 30, 2010.

    I worked with Colleen and can say without reservation she was a consummate professional who deeply cared for staff.
