Pair in Office of Employee Wellness honored for Our Promise work

Stephanie Kessler and Rosanna Rodriguez of CDCR’s Office of Employee Wellness were recently named winners of the November 2015 HR Excellence Award.

Kessler, a Staff Services Analyst, and Rodriguez, a Staff Services Manager I and Peer Support Coordinator, were honored for their work on making the “Our Promise campaign a great success,” according to an HR release.

Kessler’ and Rodriguez’ “hard work, numerous hours of obtaining support staff and continuous meetings with United Way showed their true diligence at setting goals and achieving them,” the release stated.  “Their positive attitudes displayed all values and standards associated with excellence in customer service including knowledge, professionalism, communication, responsibility, consistency and partnership.”

The campaign relies on staff volunteering for leadership roles.

“The coordination of such a large-scale event was handled with the utmost professionalism, diligence and perseverance, allowing the event to be a huge success,” the release stated.
