Pleasant Valley State Prison’s (PVSP) Honor Guard recently paid tribute at the Parole Operations Northern Region Promotional Ceremony which recognized 24 of their agents.

The Honor Guard presented the flag in high honors at the Fresno Parole Office during the ceremony.  Representatives from the Fresno Police Department, the Madera County Sheriff’s Office and CDCR Division of Adult Institutions (DAI) were present and showed their support and recognition.

Scott Frauenheim, Warden at PVSP, gave special thanks Robert Ambroselli, Northern Regional Administrator, and Gomer Piearcy, Fresno Parole Administrator, for bringing the Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO) and DAI together for this special event.

Warden Frauenheim said the prison staff was honored to participate as it is critical for the success of CDCR to be partners with DAPO in ensuring the success of our employees and future leaders of our department.

“Our staff often works side by side on the streets during special operations, so it is a real pleasure to see our staff celebrate the professional successes of their partners in paroles,” the Warden said.
