I ma so fortunate to have worked with Penny for many years at ISP. She was a good friend to many of us. We shared our love of racing and she was always excited to hear about my annual Nascar vacations. RIP my friend, you will be greatly missed. Continued thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends and former CDCR family and co-worker friends…

Penny was one of the greatest people that I ever met. Working with her in the libraries, Penny loved books and that was her whole world, books and more books. I know one thing, I sure will miss my co-worker SO much. She’s was an angel to work with and a great asset to CDCR, CVSP and ISP. I had the great pleasure to work with her at CVSP and ISP. She will be greatly missed…

This lady was a great person. She would give you 110% in everything she did. She loved her fantasy books, little dogs and stock car racing. She was always willing to help no matter who or what it was. Though your earthly retirement was short, your heavenly retirement will be long and enjoyable. She will greatly miss.
