I am pround to have called Terry my friend. We worked together for many years at DVI. In those days ( late 70’s and early 80’s) it was important to have people around you who you could depend on when the poop hit the fan, which it did often back then…. Terry was one of those people who would be there, by your side, ready to deal with it. Rest In Peace my friend…. you are missed….

It was my privilege to work with Terry many times, starting 40 years ago at DVI. After we both retired, Terry and I reunited again for a brief time at SVSP, where I was the interim Warden and he the interim CDW. He was full of life and a pure joy to work and socialize with. Terry was a man of honor and a great friend. Rest in peace my brother.

Much respect for Mr. Rosario. Wise, learned, stable presence when working with him in Ad-Seg ICC’s there at SAC circa 2000.
Condolences to his family and loved-ones.
