I am in shock right now! James was an old friend and I had been trying to contact him for about 1 1/2 years now. if anyone up the at PBSP can send me an email of his obituary or family contact I would be very grateful. We were in the Navy together and he contacted me a couple of years ago when I came into CDCR. So sad to hear the news this way.

I remember Officer Patch well, always serious about the job with a great sense of humor. I will miss you man. Although I have long transfered out from The Bay I have fond momories of my encounters and conversations with Officer Patch.
