Lassen Family Services receives over $3,800 from High Desert SP Charitable Fund

High Desert State Prison

Warden M. Eliot Spearman recently presented Lassen Family Services with a donation of $3,828.30.  This donation is from the High Desert State Prison (HDSP) Charitable Fund, which is generated from offender fundraising activities throughout the year.

Lassen Family Services is a grant funded, non-profit organization that offers resources and referrals on temporary restraining orders, emergency shelter, transitional shelter, crisis counseling, legal aid/court advocacy, suicide prevention, parenting classes, child physical and sexual abuse, domestic violence, family problems, and alcohol and drug abuse.

 

Inmates raised funds for a local charity.
