Ralph Diaz, CDCR Undersecretary of Operations, recently visited the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility/California State Prison, Corcoran (SATF), as part of his ongoing effort to see institutions statewide first-hand and make himself available to staff and inmates.

“The emphasis of his visit was succession planning, and the rehabilitative programs offered to inmates at SATF.  He further, wanted to be briefed on the status of possible levee flooding which could impact both prisons and the city of Corcoran.”
