CalHR recently launched its new State Employee Training Program.
CalHR – created July 1 with the consolidation of the Department of Personnel Administration with certain programs of the State Personnel Board – offers many types of training. Depending on your performance and career goals, how much time you have, and how you best learn, you can pick the solution that best fits your needs.
You’ll find traditional classroom-based training, webinars, free e-books, books you can check out, academic journals and periodicals, articles and all sorts of helpful resources. Some of our training (classroom-based training and webinars) may require that you register and pay.
(As with all training, check with your supervisor/manager to get approval before signing up.)
