California State Prison-Corcoran hosted the first ever Super Quiz as part of the new Enhanced Program Facility, EPF.
Inmates divided themselves into eight small groups. The five subject areas included literature, math, the U.S. Constitution, NFL football and current events. Each team assigned a designated answer person.
The designated answer person held up their answer to be counted by their assigned score keeper. The team with the most correct answers was the winner.
Cold sodas and sports drinks were awarded for first, second and third place. Inmates in the audience were also allowed to participate by raising their hands and using their fingers to show the number to the correct answer card.
The last place team, “The Members” stated, “We will be back for the next challenge and a new name, ‘The Redemption’ and we will have better study habits.”
