CDCR’s Enterprise Information Services (EIS) is seeking feedback from all CDCR employees as part of their seventh annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The survey provides the opportunity to share your opinion on the delivery and performance of Information Technology (IT) services, and your suggestions for improvement.

The survey’s purpose is to:

  • Find out how employees rate IT services and support provided by EIS;
  • Ascertain factors that contribute to employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction; and
  • Give employees a voice to influence EIS priorities and potential initiatives.

Joe Panora, EIS Director, said that all responses and suggestions received each year are reviewed by EIS leadership.

“The feedback we receive is used to help identify future goals and strategies, and how we can be more responsive to the needs of our employees,” he said. “Our ultimate goal is to provide an excellent customer experience while supporting the Department’s mission to ensure public safety and security.”

It takes only 10 minutes to complete, so take the survey now and tell EIS what you think.

The deadline for completing the survey is Friday, Aug. 8.  The survey results will be tabulated and published in September.  Note that this survey only relates to CDCR employees and services and does not apply to California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS).
