Sierra Conservation Center (SCC) reported the passing of Teacher William Applegate on Jan. 2, 2018.
He began his CDCR at Ironwood State Prison in August 2013 as an Elementary Teacher. He transferred to SCC in March 2016.

Bill is sorely missed. His Celebration of Life was beautiful and tragic.
