The medical staff at Sierra Conservation Center (SCC) officially moved in to the new Healthcare Administration Building late last month.

The Pharmacy/Lab Building was officially opened a few days later.

Both of these buildings are part of the SCC Health Care Facility Infrastructure Project (HCFIP) which began in November 2015.

Robert Duncan, CEO of Health Care Services said, “There were a lot of challenges to overcome to get this project completed, and I want to thank the entire team of professionals for their hard work and support, and the employees for their patience during this complex project.”

This is the first major completion of the HCFIP project which has a $13 million budget and tentative completion date of late 2019, according to Construction Manager Shawn Strohman.

Staff members were excited and already hard at work moving into and adjusting to their new offices.
