California Correctional Center (CCC) reported the passing of retired Correctional Officer Thomas Burroughs on March 30, 2018.
He began his CDCR career at the Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center in July 1993. He started as a Correctional Officer at Centinela State Prison and transferred to Pleasant Valley State Prison in September 1993.
He accepted a position at Ben Lomond Conservation Camp in June 2009. He retired in December 2017.

Tommy, it is so hard to believe you are on to your next journey. You are free from illness and pain, for that I am grateful. Thank you for the memories and laughter.
