National Night Out Sacramento 8 7 18 Parole, Probation,sheriff

DAPO agents participated with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department in the South Sacramento National Night Out.

Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO) Sacramento Parole Agents Tony Torres, Clint Cooley, Anthony Quintana, Ignacio Cervantes and Parole Administrator Michelle Lewis participated in the South Sacramento area’s National Night Out along with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, Sacramento Sheriff’s Impact Gang Division and Sacramento County Probation. DAPO Agents were able to participate in three different locations for National Night Out. The event provided the community food and kid activities such as basketball, coloring, water games and face painting.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood togetherness to make neighborhoods safer. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
