Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr. has appointed wardens at the California City Correctional Facility (CAC) and Folsom State Prison (FSP).

George Jaime has been appointed CAC warden, where he has been acting warden since 2018. He held multiple positions at Kern Valley State Prison from 2007 to 2018, including chief deputy administrator, correctional administrator and correctional plant manager.

He was a correctional plant manager at California State Prison, Los Angeles County, in 2007 and held multiple positions at North Kern State Prison from 1993 to 2007, including correctional plant supervisor, chief engineer and stationary engineer.

Rick Hill has been appointed FSP warden, where he has been acting warden since 2017 and served as warden from 2009 to 2013. He served at FSP as chief deputy warden in 2009 and as a correctional officer from 1985 to 1989.

He was a retired annuitant of female offender programs and services and special housing for CDCR from 2013 to 2017. He held multiple positions at California State Prison, Sacramento, from 1989 to 2009, including associate warden, facilities captain, correctional captain, correctional lieutenant and correctional sergeant.

He was a correctional officer at Deuel Vocational Institution from 1984 to 1985.
